Products

All our products are made in small numbers in England. While the colour reproduction is a close representation, products may vary from the images shown and can be dependent on screen colour calibration, we suggest you request a sample if colour matching is important for you.

Our fabrics are made from natural products and may thus have natural characteristics such as slubs and other irregularities in the yarns, which are not weaving faults and therefore not considered faults by us as a company.

It is the customers or their agent’s responsibility to check that they have received the correct design and colour before altering the product or handing it to any third party for processing. Once cut or handed onto a third party we cannot accept responsibility for any errors which occasionally do occur.

Ordering Procedure

All orders are dealt with on an individual basis. We are unable to supply any goods on a sale or return basis and all orders are accepted on receipt of full payment by pro forma. We currently accept Paypal and card payment via Paypal. All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.

Cancelling an Order

Whilst every effort will be made to accept the cancellation this can only happen if the cancellation is made prior to any cutting or printing of fabric and/or wallpaper.

For bespoke products, cancellation is not possible if the product has already gone into production.

All cancellations should be made in writing.
